Can I take Advil and Cetirizine tablets at one time?

During an allergic reaction, can I take Advil and Cetirizine tablets at one time? What happens when I take both at the same time?

I would avoid taking an NSAID which includes Ibuprofen, Aleve, Advil, Naproxen... during an allergic reaction as it can lower your threshold for anaphylaxis a more severe systemic allergic reaction. If needing pain control then I would recommend Tylenol instead. Ibuprofen and Cetirizine do not interact, they are otherwise safe to take at the same time, outside of when you are experiencing an allergic reaction. If you have an allergic reaction take only cetirizine if not having an allergic reaction cetirizine could be taken w advil if not allergic to advil.
