Dermatologist Questions Moles

Can one remove moles without getting surgery?

I have a mole that I would like to remove, but if it leaves the typical surgical scar then I don't want it removed surgically. Is it possible to remove moles without surgery?

I absolutely agree with you. So, check out "Scalpel Sculpting" a procedure I have been using for decades to remove moles (beauty marks, birthmarks) without any deep cutting and without the need for any stitches. What this means is that the chance of a scar is minimal and a 0 chance of stretch scars and "railroad track" stitch marks. I have photos to show that even perfectly flat moles on the nose can be removed from the nose with gratifying results.
No, excision or laser vaporization would leave a scar that can be minimum.
Not properly. If warranted, it can be cut out and sent for biopsy. Laser is not good for mole removal.

A board certified dermatologist would be the best person to evaluate your mole and give you the best idea about how to manage the spot.
