“Can stomach viruses come back?”
My 4-year-old son has had a stomach virus at least 3 times this year. Can stomach viruses really reoccur, or come back like this?

You do not get lasting immunity to GI viruses. Try not to eat after hours. Take probiotics to put the good bacteria in the gut. This can help prevent GI upset and shorten the time of the virus. Always wash hands before eating.
