Can surgery remove canker sores?

I am a 36 year old female. I want to know can surgery remove canker sores?

I wouldn't recommend that. Usually, they heal on their own, but exposure to various wavelengths of low-level laser light may speed up the healing process. I also recommend applying aloe vera gel to the lesions to ease the pain.

No. There are a number of different reasons that canker sores develop and sometimes medication can lessen the time that they are present. Surgery is not the answer for you.
Canker sores (aphthous ulcers) are not treated surgically in almost all cases. There may be benefit in early onset lesions in the use of laser in diminishing pain and hastening the healing process. Generally we use medications that are put on the lesions (topical application).
Sometimes lasers can help. Usually a canker sore can last 10-14 days. I get them too! I find applying chlorhexidine rinse with a cotton swab for a minute 2-3x a day makes them disappear faster. You do need a prescription for this!

No. Canker sores are viral. They are recurrent and will pop from time to time, especially when under stress.
