Pediatrician Questions Flu

flu turned into stomach bug?

-> i've had a really bad flu for 2 weeks and now i have a stomach bug (it's been ~a week but i think it'll last for a week or 2 longer).
1) my flu symptoms were: coughing so hard my ribcage hurt; coughing attacks; frequent runny nose; frequently having one nose be clogged or feeling like my nose was congested but unable to get anything out when i tried to blow my nose; having to blow my nose so frequently the skin around my nose peeled and burned + my nose was very red; insane migraines so bad that when i attempted to stand up i felt dizzy and was unable to walk long distances; weakness in knees, arms, and hands; upper and lower back pain; right upper shoulder pain; the first week i had a dry cough, but the second week it was a "wet" (phlegm) cough; loss of appetite; never had a fever but felt extremely hot and cold at the same time; for some reason at school my temperature read 95 degrees at one point tho; bedridden often; notably got more ill whenever i went outside/to school and better whenever i stayed inside/at home for long periods of time; no vomit or nausea; extreme tiredness.
2) after 2 weeks, as my flu was beginning to get better (but i was still coughing mostly), i got a stomach bug -> my symptoms are: throwing up after eating/drinking liquids; feeling very dehydrated but throwing up if i drink too much water; headaches (but not migraines) from feeling dehydrated; pain and weakness in knees; shoulder pain; extreme tiredness; weakness in hands making it hard to do schoolwork.
-> should i be concerned that my symptoms/illness changed or just brush it off as being unlucky and having 2 illnesses back to back? it's getting colder where i live and it has rained a bit, but i haven't visited a doctor/the hospital yet because i'm not sure if there's any severe cause for concern.
thank you!

you definitely need to be seen by your doctor - you may have started with a viral infection but this may have progressed to a bacterial infection.
