I have a lot of pain in my feet and heels because of my body weight. It's really painful, and I'm not sure about what I can do to ease it. What do you recommend?

You might have misalignment and uneven weight distribution on your feet. Orthopedic orthotics and alignment can absolutely take that pain away.
See a podiatrist
An exam to determine the cause of your foot pain should be your first step. It may be your weight, it may be the result of another condition, such as plantar fasciitis or caused by weak muscles and ligaments that can be corrected with exercise. Of course, if your weight is the cause, the best advice is to change your diet and lifestyle.
Many different things can play a role in this type of pain. Typically, this type of pain is not only due to weight. It is often associated with previous injury, overuse of the spine and joints in the legs and feet, nutrition causing inflammation in your body, and more. I would highly recommend you find a chiropractor in your area who will adjust both your spine and your feet, where needed, to help your body handle the stress in a more effective way. This will also improve your nerve function as the nerves come out of the spine and help your brain and nervous system function at its best so you can be as healthy as possible!
One way to alleviate it is to have a custom orthotic made, which we do in-house. Another and most pressing would be to find an ideal body weight that does not compromise your structure. This can be done with the assistance of a guided purification program as it is hard to know where to start when trying to change to healthy eating habits.
Try and lose weight get some orthotics and see a foot doctor. Also soak feet in epsom salt bath with warm water
You should look into orthotics. They can be very helpful in alleviating foot pain and correcting foot problems. Some chiropractors can do foot manipulations as well.
You can try putting a heel cup in your shoes to add extra cushion between your feet and the surfaces you walk on.
First, since you have a weight problem, have you checked your blood sugar? Just ruling out diabetic neuropathy. If this can be ruled out, then you should consider shoe orthotics and possible heel lift. Unfortunately, with weight issues (and no medical history or actual weight info) this is the simplest answer. I would need much more medical history to offer more detailed suggestions that are many: based on overall health profile, I would start with a full physical exam. If it is just a foot problem, chiropractic adjustments could also help.
