Cardiologist Questions Heart Diseases

If my hands and legs are constantly cold, is it a sign of heart problem?

My hands and legs are always cold, and heart disease runs heavily in my family. Could this be a sign of a heart problem?

It could be just Raynaud's syndrome which is relatively harmless, but it could be a heart problem so if it is getting worse you should have a heart check-up.
Possibly. If the heart as a pump is weak, circulation is down to the entire body, and extremity coldness may be a symptom. More likely, consider hypothyroidism, anemia, or peripheral vascular disease.
