How do I check my cervical mucus for ovulation?

I am a 25 year old female. I want to know how can I check my cervical mucus for ovulation?

This should be tested usually in your doc's office.
Pre ovulation mucus is stretchy and clear. Can be evaluated as part of a post-coital test in office, though not commonly done.

Hi,

So, first of all, it is not accurate if you have had intercourse within about 2 days. Usually, you will have the most mucus right before ovulation. It’s clear and it feels slippery. I was taught to tell patients that it should feel like rubbing raw egg whites between your fingers. Typically, the mucus can be stretched between your fingers and those are the days just before, during, and after ovulation.
I hope that this helps.
