I am a 34 year old male. I want to know how do you crack someones back with a bear hug?

You may indeed get cavitation (the noise created by moving bones.) But the exact line of correction is probably not there, so you could actually make it worse!
I personally do NOT crack someone's back with a bear hug. I am very specific with my adjustments and where the problem is.

You don't! I've treated way too many people who have been "cracked" by a friend and were seriously hurt. Find a GOOD chiropractic physician.
The best answer is, you don’t. If you feel like your back needs to be cracked, there is generally a problem that you need to get X-rayed and figure out why you have the discomfort that makes you want to pop your back.
There is no research to back up the results of "cracking" a back as beneficial. A chiropractor receives thousands of hours of training to elicit a specific adjustment to the vertebra. Most of the public do not realize that just as adjustment helps, manipulating another area may cause harm.
A bear hug is not the proper technique. First the cracking as you speak is an audible sound one hear when stress or pressure is released from a jointed body part, such as the spine or your knuckles. A professional will palpate the spine and feel for misalignment in the spine and manipulate or adjust that misaligned area. The spine should be left to the specialist. Someone not with this knowledge has a greater chance of doing more harm than good.
It's not a good idea. Chiropractors go through many years of training, schooling, and practice to perfect the art.
This is not advisable to do without proper training. That method is not specific to treating dysfunction of the spine.
