How do you get rid of a headache from anesthesia?

I am a 35 year old female. I want to know how do you get rid of a headache from anesthesia?

It depends on the type of anesthesia. If you had a spinal or epidural anesthetic, you may have what is called post-dural puncture headache. It can be treated, but if it does not go away you may need an epidural blood patch. If you had general anesthesia, sometimes you may have a couple of days with a headache, that eventually will go away.

The headache you are most likely experiencing if you had general anesthesia is from Zofran. In that case time, fluids, and anti-inflammatories. If from a dural puncture as may occur from a spinal or wet tap epidural, in addition to the already mentioned you can add caffeine, remaining supine, Gabapentin, and/or blood patch.
That should resolve spontaneously in 47-72hrs. If not consult a doctor.
