Hello,

Most hand pigments are treated non-surgically with different lasers and IPL's. These can be Picoplus or Lummeca, just to name a few. Custom-tailored rejuvenation creams can also help.
Good Luck!!!!
Hydroquinone cream applied twice daily.
Sun spots on hands are removed with a laser treatment.
You can use a light device, called intense pulsed light (IPL), which targets the brown pigment. It works well but the results last only a year or so in most cases. I do not use IPL. It is tedious and time consuming. Anyone can do this. I am a surgeon and prefer to do what I was trained to do.
Hello, Thank you for your question. There are several lasers that are a fantastic way to remove sun spots and make hands look more youthful. You should speak with your doctor to see which lasers are right for you.
Hello,

I suggest you consult a dermatologist regarding sun spots on your hands, as hand surgeons do not usually deal with this. Sometimes this can be treated with lasers or creams, but best to consult a dermatologist.

Good luck.
Contact your local cosmetic dermatologist. Laser is the most likely answer.
