How long should you wait to eat after brushing your teeth?

I am a 21 year old male. I want to know how long should you wait to eat after brushing your teeth?

You may brush and floss immediately following your meal or may wait a few hours if it is not convenient to do so at that time. I believe it is more important to clean your teeth thoroughly and the timing is what works for you.
There really is no need to wait after brushing your teeth, unless you are using a prescription strength toothpaste or a floured varnish. Why not try brushing and flossing after you eat?
Hello,

You do want to wait around 30 minutes to eat or drink after brushing your teeth. Reason being because certain foods reduce the ph level in your mouth, especially acidic foods or drinks like orange juice. Brushing your teeth too soon may erode the enamel off your teeth since the ph is a little low. Waiting half an hour is ideal.
No need to wait to eat.
Hi,

You can eat right away, however, it is also best to brush your teeth after eating.
