How much radiation do you get from an x-ray?

I am a 24 year old male. I want to know how much radiation do you get from an x-ray?

The simplest question is minimal. You’d get more radiation from a flight from NY to ATL.
The amount you get from a chest X-ray is small about 200 Microsieverts. To put that in perspective, you receive 500 microsieverts from normal background radiation if you live in Denver, Colorado. A CT of the abdomen is 7000-10,000 Microsieverts.
