It is most likely a clogged oil or hair gland. If asymptomatic, just keep an eye on it. If it enlarges and is painful, ask your gyn about it.
Get it checked. It is likely to be of no significance but see your doc for reassurance.
That lump is a cyst of the Bartholins gland, which provides lubrications during intercourse. But it can get infected and become painful or become bigger. Then you have to see your gynecologist.
If the bump is getting bigger or if it’s bothering you, see your OBGyn, that way you have a diagnosis and peace of mind.
