I was diagnosed with inflammed pelvic disease that caused blockages. Will I ever be able to concieve?

About 7 years ago, I was diagnosed with inflamed pelvic disease. I was treated for it a while back, but it caused me to have some blockages in my fallopian tubes. Will I ever be able to conceive?

Yes! But may need IVF!
Depends on the severity of the disease. There is more of a chance of tubal pregnancy and infertility. Hysterosalpingogram will help.

Blocked fallopian tubes are diagnosed with either a SHG or HSG. If both tubes are blocked, then options to promote fertility would be surgery to reduce and remove scar tissue or to undergo IVF because this bypasses the tubes. In a woman who conceives with a history of PID or blocked tubes, she needs to be monitored early in the pregnancy to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.
Depends on whether the blockage is complete or partial. In case of a true complete blockage the only way to conceive is in-vitro fertilization.
Never say never. That being said, scar tissue in the tubes can be dense and lead to infertility and ectopic pregnancy.
If you were interested in working with a Functional Medicine practitioner and eating a low inflammatory diet and lifestyle changes and having pelvic manipulation with physical therapists, there MAY be a way to regain patency (opening) in the tubes. This is new integrative therapy and I strongly believe the body can heal. We can’t keep doing the same and expect things to turn out differently.

Blocked tubes could lead to ectopic pregnancies. Please see an infertility specialist and discuss your options.
Good luck!
Yes, you might conceive with medical help, as fertilization in vitro.
