“Should I get lipo laser treatment rather than liposuction?”
I heard lipo laser therapy has less of a recovery time than liposuction, so I think I want to have that for the extra fat around my stomach and thighs. Is it just as effective as liposuction?

Just as effective as regular Liposuction and better but more costly.
There are many types of liposuction. No one technique is superior to the other otherwise every surgeon would do it. The volume of liposuction usually determines the length of recovery; the more you do, the harder the recovery. Be sure to use a board certified plastic surgeon for your surgery. Plastic surgeons can offer liposuction and surgery (if it is necessary).
Really depends on the elasticity of your skin. Both work well, but you may get slightly more skin tightening with laser.
My opinion is that either procedure can achieve equal results. The outcome is more so based on who is doing the surgery rather then what instrument you use to perform it. Choose your surgeon carefully and they will choose the best approach for you.
