Are there any natural toothpastes that you would recommend for healthy teeth and gums?

There a few toothpaste I carry in my office feel free to contact me and we can make an arrangement to send you a tube..it is very effective
My 2 favorite tooth lasted that I personally use are Dentalcidin by Biocidin and fluoride-free peppermint Dr. Bronner's. Dentalcidin is best if you have more serious issues like irritated gums or bad breath issues, while the Dr. Bronner's is a good general tooth paste; both are natural, clean products (ie not loaded with chemicals) and pleasant taste.
Teeth need fluoride to fill and protect the dental tubules from acid and dental caries. Stay with Crest Pro Health or Synsodyne toothpaste.
Avoid toothpaste that contains fluoride. I personally use herbal toothpaste. On Wikipedia, it says "Soluble fluoride salts, of which sodium fluoride is the most common, are toxic, and have resulted in both accidental and self-inflicted deaths from acute poisoning.[4]"
