“over medicated ”
I took my 20 mg of Lisinopril this morning about 9 AM. I accidentally took it again this evening about 6:30 PM. I also need to take my Metoprolol this evening. Would it be safe to it, since I’ve already taken an doses of lisinopril so close together.

I would not, without consulting with your PCP first. Not knowing you or all of your medical history, it would not be appropriate to make any recommendations just based on the information given.
