Please check out the Center for disease control and click on travel medicine. Tetanus and pertussis is always a good idea. Must check with the CDC/Central Africa.
Yes, some vaccines are recommended or required for Central African Republic. The CDC and WHO recommend the following vaccines for Central African Republic: typhoid, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, cholera, yellow fever, rabies, meningitis, and influenza.
