Hi. I have posted a few shoulder exercises on my FB and IG pages. They help if you have pain and decreased range of motion. You should see your health care provider so you can know the cause of the pain. You may need to work with a physical or occupational therapist.
There are many causes of chronic shoulder pain, which I cannot diagnose on the internet. But in very general terms, shoulder pain in a young person are most often caused by poor sitting posture (impingement), weakness of the rotator cuff muscles, and sometimes a frozen shoulder. These problems can be fixed with proper stretching, strengthening and posture changes. A physician can often guide you in this process, non-surgical specialists of the muscles, bones and joints are called Physiatrists
Go see a physical therapist who can assess your limitations and create a treatment plan. They will educate you and provide you with exercises to do and offer some treatments to decrease your pain.
I recommend you try one of several regenerative medicine techniques. These include Prolotherapy, Platelet rich plasma (PRP), or stem cell therapy. While each of these have their advantages and disadvantages, they all can help with reducing or even eliminating shoulder pain.
