What can I eat after polyp removal?

Not sure if you mean actual surgery or a colonoscopy for polyp removal. For the latter, performed by a gastroenterologist, one can usually eat anything they want after the procedure. For an actual surgery performed by a surgeon, one must wait for bowel function to return, then start with clear liquids and advance the diet slowly.
Anything, but you can start with Puree.
