What conditions do chiropractors treat?

I am a 40 year old female who is considering going to the chiropractor. But first, I want to know what conditions they treat.

Chiropractors help improve brain and nerve function with their adjustments. I often tell my patients, when the brain and nerves are stressed and out of balance for long periods, it’s common to experience the following: pain, sleep issues, stress/anxiety, digestive issues, inflexibility, brain fog, fatigue and many other things. When you improve brain nervous system function, it’s possible for your body to heal a lot of things. Most people tend to go to chiropractors for pain, and they typically get amazing results with pain, but there’s so much more to experience.
Subluxation or a.k.a. Vertebral Subluxation Complex.
This is a difficult question to answer. Through the past 42 years of practice I have treated and helped patients that had just about every ailment know to man. Now I know that sounds ridiculous, but when you understand that the Nervous System is the master control system system, and that any nerve impingement or pressure will alter your health and hinder the normal functioning of the body -- then you can see that a corrective chiropractic ADJUSTMENT can dramatically change you health.
Any condition where a nerve is involved. So pretty much anything.
In the scope of a chiropractic practice, your chiropractic doctor is trained to assess, diagnose and treat muscular, joint, ligament, tendon and nerve complaints. Your chiropractor is also trained to refer you to another health care professional if your complaint is outside the scope of their practice. Conditions treated can be sprains/strains, tendonitis, numbness (depending on the cause), tension headaches to name a few broad conditions.
If you are considering seeing a chiropractor you likely have a specific complaint. Best to call and speak to the doctor.
Hope this helps in making your decision to seek chiropractic care.
Some only treat muscular and skeletal issues, some add in clinical nutrition and energetic issues. Some do hormonal work on top of all of that. So, depending on the doctor, anything non-surgical or pharmaceutical may be done.

We do not treat any conditions, we look for and correct nerve interference
Chiropractors are primary health care physicians that can treat all diseases using the appropriate treatment methods. Chiropractors specialize in all Musculoskeletal conditions, which means all issues involving Muscles, Bones, and Joints.
