At your age, assuming that you are healthy overall, pain after eating is usually caused by having a hypersensitive stomach. This is called dyspepsia. As long as there is not weight loss or anemia, then it is a benign condition, but sometimes needs a work-up and treatment.
The causes of abdominal pain after meal could be from simple food intolerance to various food malabsorption, peptic ulcer diseases, gallbladder diseases, pancreatitis, celiac disease, Crohn's disease, or constipation. Various intestinal obstruction can cause abdominal pain after meal. Stress and anxiety can also cause abdominal pain after meal.
There are many different causes. Avoid spicy food, avoid oily/greasy food, avoid sour juices/ fruits, avoid large meals, make sure you’re not constipated and if your symptoms persist you will have to see a doctor.
