Many causes might be involved in anxiety and panic attacks. See psychiatrist to sort it out and possible treatment.

Panic attacks can happen with any mental health disorder or can happen without a cause just spontaneously

Usually, panic attacks have a biologic basis. See your primary doc for an evaluation and possible referral.
