Get a good therapist and connect with a church, friends and family. You will need ALL the support you can have right now. If you have any suicidal ideations and thoughts and/or actions, get yourself to an emergency room or call 911, or the suicide hotline, and get a psychiatrist involved, or let your primary physician know so they can monitor your situation.

Hope that helps,

Find out what makes the pain bearable. First, it may be close friends, church, or inspirational reading. If not working, you may need a professional counselor ASAP. Sometimes they can alleviate the suffering quickly. Medication always has a role in managing unbearable pain. Reducing pain with the proper medication supervised properly by a doctor can solve the problem until the "storm" settles. May be a couple of days, maybe a week. all these options will work, dont let yourself suffer.
That's a HUGE question, and I doubt I can do it justice in an email or web reply. The key is who can you talk with whom you can trust? As a rule, spouses and other relatives are a poor choice. Do you have access to a psychotherapist? If you decide to work with a therapist, be sure to interview at least three potential therapists so you can find the one who is the most compatible. A psychiatrist or primary physician may be able to prescribe medication that can take away the worst of the emotional pain. If you're ever feeling suicidal, please immediately call the National Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273-8255.
