What does it feel like when you have a kidney stone?

I am 40 year old male. I want to know what it feels like when you have a kidney stone?

You can have classic symptoms like renal colic and blood in the urine. Or you can have atypical symptoms such as vague abdominal pain, acute abdominal or flank pain, nausea, urinary urgency or frequency, difficulty urinating, penile or testicular pain.
A kidney stone can be totally asymptomatic if stuck in your kidney, or when passed can be extremely painful in the lower back
