What foods are bad for your heart?

I am a 42 year old female and I want to know what foods are bad for your heart.

Processed foods! White flour, white sugar, fake sugar, toxin holding animal meats (shrimp, pork, some fish, scavenger animals), heat treated oils, canola oil, margarine, coffee, caffeine, grain fed beef, antibiotic treated chicken, antibiotic treated turkey, farm raised fish.
There is huge debate on heart and the diet. Doctors for years have said that saturated fats are bad, but there is not a lot of evidence for this, and some are even suggesting the ketogenic diet which is high fats. What you need to avoid are trans fats (found in many processed food), and most other food taken in moderation do not damage the ehart or its arteries at all.
