I am a 32 year old female. I want to know what happens if you don't treat conjunctivitis?

Conjunctival scarring, corneal scarring, stretching and atrophy of superficial tissues, and spread of inflammation to internal structures if advanced. Sometimes endogenous antibacterial proteins in a young person's tears prevent that naturally.
