What happens to the body during cardiac arrest?

I am a 47 year old male. I want to know what happens to the body during cardiac arrest?

2 types of lack of pulse (Asystole) or Rappif heart rate (ventricular fibrillation). Both types can cause lack of perfusion (blood supply to rest of body), resulting in unconscious state.
Blood does not flow to the organs of the body and they begin to die. Most vulnerable is the brain.
