Orthopaedic Surgeon Questions Arm Pain

What is causing the pressure in my arm?

I have pressure-like feeling in my left arm. My forearm and hand feel like they are under pressure or swollen. What might be causing this?

With the limited information you have provided - I would recommend you seek an evaluation ASAP to investigate the true cause.
It could be a nerve compression syndrome like carpal tunnel syndrome. If the symptoms persist, you might get it evaluated.
Difficult to know based on your description. Make sure you do NOT have numbness in your fingers, good pink color in the fingers, good pulse, no severe pain to squeezing and pain free motion in the joints. If so, it's probably nothing bad. Elevate the arm. However, if it gets worse or persists, see and orthopedic surgeon.

Hope it helps!!
