I am a 44 year old female and I have chronic neck pain. What medication can I take for neck pain?

NSAIDs would be most common, Homeopathics like traumeel and Arnica, cream, vials or tablets can be helpful and have no serious side effects. Tylenol, less than 3 grams per day can also be helpful. For stronger medicine I recommend you see a pain specialist for an evaluation and treatment
