You have two choices Either wait for the hole to get bigger and the pain to become unbearable OR see a dentist as soon as possible
Please see a dentist as soon as possible. You have a deep cavity that has possibly made its way close to your nerve and that is why you feel pain. Hopefully you only need a filling, but if the cavity is deep enough, you might need a root canal or the tooth may need to be extracted.
You should definitely see your dentist as the problem could get significantly worse in a short period of time if left untreated.
Call a reputable dentist is your area. Since the tooth is hurting, it is likely the decay has invaded the nerve. Get an exam from a general dentist who can refer you to an endodontist who will likely do a root canal. A root canal specialist does a much better job with root canals than a general dentist and usually the tooth is longer lasting in your mouth!
Schedule a visit with your dentist for treatment

"A hole" in your tooth can be caused by tooth decay or fracture (both of them associate with pain). Depending on the size of the "hole", removing the affected area with simple restorations (filling or crown) or root canal treatment would relieve the pain. Please visit your dentist for a definitive diagnosis. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.
