ā€œWhat's the best oil for a massage?ā€

I've been wanting to get a massage for a while and I want to use essential oils for it. What essential oils are the best for a nice, relaxing massage?

Iā€™m a big fan of coconut MCT oil since it absorbs into the skin. Hate feeling greasy after a session. My personal preference is lavender scents as well as CBD and magnesium additives into the oil to help relax and reduce inflammation. Arnica is another helpful ingredient.
We use many kinds as I have a natural products company y and teach how to make your own blends of oil individualized to your patients needs and likes, info can be found at nutritionalfix.com!
Get a base oil like apricot seed oil and add several drops of chamomile & lavender to your base oil.
I suggest coconut oil.
Hello!

So many essential oils out there. Each having their own benefits. Ranging from energizing, relaxing to even pain reducing aromatherapy such as Copabai oil. If you want to relax though, I'd pick lavender, sage, and chamomile. So many to pick from through. I use Do Terra oils.
Lavender is a great essential oil for relaxing. As well as vanilla, rose, jasmine, sandalwood.
