When should I be concerned about leg pain?

I am a 37 year old male. My leg aches whenever I walk around. When should I be concerned about leg pain?

This can be a lot of things -- to a more dangerous blood clot in your leg that can break off and go to your lungs and could possibly cause severe respiratory distress.
It could also be some pinching of the nerves in your back, leading toward something called neurogenic claudication. (pain in legs when walking, if not due to blood flow problems,)
Your complaints should be evaluated in person by someone who know what questions to ask, what to examine, and what tests to get.
Yes. Her leg should not hurt when you are walking around. Something is going on. You should consult her family doctor and they may wish to refer you to a specialist if they have no answers.
If you leg pain is persistent and doesn't go away or if it is worsening, then that is reason to get it checked out. Also, if there is associated swelling that doesn't go away with elevation of the leg, then that needs to be checked out.

Hope it helps!

NOW! Be concerned about it as you are too young for aches with activity. Get checked by your PCP or go to see a Podiatrist for a consult!
