Which treatment is better for Costochondritis, massage or dry needling?

Medications: Advil and Celebrex for neck pain
Conditions: Severe pain on left side - chest arm and side

Using anti inflammatory medications and moist heat, gentle stretching, and breathing exercises will be the best treatment.
Massage to your intercostals (the muscles between your ribs) and pecs could help. A chiro can also help since it's inflammation of the rib joints.

I’m not sure the benefits of dry needling but as far as massage goes it could help with chronic pain. If it’s acute chronic pain though it might make it worse.
Neither has ANY proven benefit; dry needling is harmless as long as it doesn't break the skin.
