Dentist Questions Gum Disease

Why are my gums so sore?

I have very healthy teeth and brush and floss all the time. Still, my gums are really sore. What can be the cause?

See your dentist for evaluation and routine cleanings.
Calculus and deep pocket need dentist to treat it.
Maybe you are brushing and/or flossing too hard, see sawing under the gums, or brushing on the gums and are hurting yourself. Maybe you have diabetes and/or haven't been to the dentist for a while for a professional cleaning. Maybe you have gum disease. Use a soft brush. See your dentist and ask them.
Please see your dentist and hygienist. You need maintenance every 4-6 months. Dental hygiene with the professional.
