“Why do I get angry so often?”
I am a 22 year old male and I get angry very often. What could be the cause?

Part of growing up and learning to deal with life and learning how to comprising about things and people.
Unfair treatment in past or present. But speak on behalf of your anger rather than from your anger. There is no such thing as getting your anger out.
