Why do I get nauseous in the morning?

I am a 23 year old female. I get nauseous in the morning. What could be the cause?

In young people like yourself who are otherwise healthy, believe it or not, in my experience, nausea in the morning is usually a sign of sensitive stomach and anxiety. The best treatment for this tends to be what's called a neuromodulator to reduce stomach sensitivity and treat the nausea center in the brain. Reducing anxiety with counseling, meditation, medications etc can also help.
This is the most likely scenario but a full evaluation should be done to make sure it's not something else.
