Why do I have painful ejaculation?

I had pain during ejaculation, after this, I had urinated in short bursts and it was slightly painful. After an hour there was no pain during urination. It seems to have no symptoms of any other problems such as prostate cancer, prostatitis, no anti-depressions and I have never had sex. However, I have problems with low mood and some stress. The second time I masturbated, the pain was still there but better after urinating. I don't think I have felt this pain before since I have started at around 13 years old. I urinated before the first time.

Dysparuenia can be complicated and may warrant additional investigation to determine what is causing the pain on ejaculation.
Painful ejaculation, also known as orgasmalgia, can range from mild discomfort to severe pain during or after ejaculation. The pain can involve the penis, scrotum, and perineal or perianal area. Common causes for painful ejaculation:

Prostatitis is the term for inflammation or infection of the prostate gland. It’s the most common urologic problem in men under 50 years old. Risk factors for prostatitis may include:
