At best, take NSAID, e.g., motrin, to help relieve the pain. Warm compression also may help.
The uterus cramps during your period and often this is felt in women’s backs. There are many ways to manage this including some forms of birth control, over the counter medications such as ibuprofen or Tylenol and hot compresses on your back.
Most possibly you have pelvic endometriosis. Find an experience surgeon in Endometriosis to take care of you.
Some people feel period pain mostly in their back (same with labor sometimes). Basically, try Advil. That works the best for period pain. You can also try naprosyn. They are both over the counter.
I hope that this helps.
