Repeated chlorine in ear canals. Washing out of protective cerumen and normal ear canal flora. Need to to irrigate ears with water in shower. after swimming, Can use acetasol ear drops after swimming to re-acidify
Usually when inside the ear stays moist. Blow dry her ear when she gets a shower, washes her hair etc. You can also use 1/2 white vinegar and 1/2 rubbing alcohol and put a few drops in each ear when she gets through swimming
