“Why does my knee feel weak all of the sudden?”
My right knee feels very weak. Could I have damaged my knee or knee ligaments without knowing it?

You probably have something called chondromalacia patellae. It is an inflammation around the patella. Take advil - 3 tabs with each meal and avoid stairs and squatting. Do this for a week. You'll probably be better. If not, see an orthopedic surgeon.

Knee injuries can be acute or chronic. Somethings do develop slowly. You need an a valuation by an orthopedic surgeon.
