In regards to his educational background, Dr. Huard graduated with his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1994. He then went on to perform his internship in internal medicine at the University of Utah in 1995, and his residency in radiology at University Hospital & Clinics in 2000.

With over three decades of experience, he is board-certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). The ABR is a not-for-profit physician-led organization that oversees the certification and ongoing professional development of specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, and medical physics.

Alongside his clinical role, Dr. Huard serves as an Assistant Professor of Radiological Sciences at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
