  • Varicose veins wounds

The best way to strengthen vein valves is regular exercise, which targets the calf muscles of the leg. Weight control is also important and decreases the stress on the vein valves. Wearing compression stockings will also decrease the vein pressure in the lower leg, which makes the veins more prominent and visible. It may be a good idea to get an ultrasound of the veins to see just how prone you are to vein disorders. READ MORE
