A part of Cape Cod Healthcare, Falmouth Hospital has 95 medical surgical inpatient beds on four floors, 87 of which are private. It is supported by an excellent medical staff of 54 primary care and pediatric physicians and more than 108 specialists. Graduating with his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in India in 1980, Dr. Shuttari relocated to the United States for his training. He completed his residency at Deaconess Hospital in St. Louis, followed by his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Missouri.

With over four decades of experience, the doctor is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
