James M. Spencer, MD, MS, FASDS, FAAD, FACMS, is a well-versed dermatologist and who diagnoses and treats patients at Spencer Dermatology, an integral part of the Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery network, located in Saint Petersburg, FL. Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is the largest network of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology experts in the United States. Medical Director of Spencer Dermatology, Dr. Spencer has until very recently served as the Director of MOHS and Dermatologic Surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, where he continues to serve as Professor of Clinical Dermatology. In addition to his clinical role, he has also been Editor-in-Chief of the Cosmetic Dermatology journal, co-editor in chief of the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, and member of the editorial boards for Dermatologic Surgery, Aesthetic Buyers Guide, The Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology, and Contemporary Dermatology.
