  • Is it bad to suddenly stop chiropractic care?

It can be bad to stop Chiropractic if you are in the middle of an acute injury because you will not heal as fast as you would with having it. But to just stop seeing a Chiropractic is not necessarily a bad thing except you might find your self getting stiffer and more tight in time. If you start to get stiff, sore and have headaches then I would definitely go in for an adjustment as needed. READ MORE
