Could be for 2 reasons to adjust toes and the 3 major foot joints. 1. An injured or jammed toe with fracture ruled out 2. How do you feel after chiropractic adjustment?
Really depends on the joint being adjusted, the reason for adjustment and type of adjustment, and if it’s the first time adjusted. Generally, the area feels much looser as well as the surrounding tissue that may have been guarding if the injury is less tight. Can feel “sore” the next day. READ MORE

Heat for spasm. Ice for inflammation. You have both. Heat should be used to do any type of movements that have been given to you to help re-educate the area. Ice before bed to decrease inflammation from the “day”. READ MORE
How does a chiropractor adjust your SI joint?
There are many techniques chiropractors have in manipulating the sacroiliac “SI” joint. Generally, at your age, the goal would be to keep that joint mobile and your legs even. There are also different grades (1-5) in mobilizing joints. “Side posture” would be the most common adjustment along with a patient on their stomach and light pressure to the joint posterior to anterior.
