Dr. Cyr is a highly-trained obstetrician-gynecologist interested in high-risk obstetrics, laparoscopic and laser procedures, and preventative care in young women. She sees patients at Central Phoenix Women’s Healthcare, which has provided top-notch care to the women of Phoenix, Arizona since 1993. She joined the practice in August of 2008.
Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Dr. Cyr graduated Magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Creighton University in 2000. She then went on to earn her medical degree from the Creighton University School of Medicine in 2004.
As for her training, she completed her internship and residency at the Phoenix Integrated Residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and Maricopa County Medical Center. It was there that she got to know Dr. Hahn and Dr. Spieker, making it an easy decision when they asked her to join their practice at Central Phoenix Women’s Healthcare.
Dr. Cyr is eligible for board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Junior Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, as well as a member of the Phoenix Obstetrics and Gynecology Society and the Arizona Medical Association. She served as the Resident Reporter for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Annual Meeting in 2007.
