Dr. Russo does not believe in prescribing medications before determining the correct diagnosis. Dr. Russo has the most sophisticated electro diagnostic equipment in Hawaii - including the 128 channel dense-array electroencephalograph (DEEG) and the Advanced Brain Monitoring Sleep Profiler EEG.
